Build an app

I am a lactation consultant whom wants to develop an app that women can refer to when they feed their babies - it will remind them how to breastfeed their babies using demonstrations and explained techniques. It will be a 'how to' app, built in chapters. I would like it to contain a video clip for tuition purposes - but this may have to converted into animation (due to the control of films of breasts).
