Broke my ubuntu configurations, stuck

I would like a linux ubuntu expert to help me fix my machine. I own a Dell XPS 15z and I recently broke the ubuntu configurations on it.
I'd like this done today if possible. Happy to stay online on and talk over Instant Messenger. Or do a phone call. Since the networking portion of my configuration is broken, I can't give you remote access. But I would be happy to if that wasn't broken.
The problem is posted here but any additional help you can give over skype or phone would be really awesome.

The deliverable is helping me getting my machine up and running again. And I'm happy to pay for up to 3-4 hours if required.
