BoQ Preparation

Hi,

I am looking for a QS / Estimator to assist on a project, with a view to working on future project if this is a success.

I have an outline pricing document which I will need the successful freelancer to fully quantify (and develop as necessary to capture all works outlined in the documents). All documents will be supplied to the bidding freelancers upon application.

The project is for internal works on a student housing development.

I do not expect this project to take a competent QS / Estimate more than 2 day's to complete and I am looking for the completed documents to be returned no later than Friday 12 February.

I would like to view samples of your work prior to awarding the contract. Please send these with your application, if possible.

Ideally, the successful freelancer will be knowledgeable on SMM7 and NRM2 formats. This is not strictly necessary for this project, but will be for some future projects going forward.
