Book a holiday in England

I live in Shanghai and am super busy! I would like to take my family away on holiday this summer and have no time to do some holiday research (I have already looked at a few and I'm stressing!!). I have written down my specifics of what I need below:

- a self-catering place big enough for 7 adults + one four year old + one small, well-behaved dog. There are 3 couples and a single mum with her child (mum and child can share a room)
- should be between 1.5 - 2 hours away from the postcode NN10 8LJ (max 2 hours as mum is ill)
- their should be a living room big enough and comfy enough for most people (my mum and dad are not well and need somewhere nice to sit)
- we like walking and the countryside so a remote/country location would be ideal with nice views with easy access to some country pubs/a nice town/village.
- areas that come to mind are Norfolk and the Peak District but not held up on it.
- budget around 1000-1500 gbp.
- dates 27th July - 3rd August
