Batch and Powershell Genius required to work their magic

Description of support work: I need a powershell script writing for Exchange 2010 that can be called by a batch file. I also need the variables defined at the top of the script so they can be easily changed (database name, server name, paths etc)

I need it documented through the script and also error checking included.

The scripts are all available on the internet so you don't need to re-invent the wheel, I just need them put together and to run as a batch file that can be called.
