Basic Visio help with Maps

General information for the business: Help in putting symbols into Visio Maps. Help drawing lines on Visio maps or creating maps out of simple ones in another layout
Description of support work: I have office layout maps in various formats which need redrawing into VIsio. Symbols will need putting on and adjustments made as things change. These are simple but need to be 100% accurate. I will need somebody I can communicate with easily and is accessible to do these and make changes quickly.
Extra notes:
The number of plans will vary. There will be a master plan then various versions or layers of zones, fire precautions, asbestos locations. They are simple and come in a flurry so prefer hourly rates as cannot adequately estimate quantity or timeframes.
