I have an EBay customer who has not given me a refund that i am due, and I need to open a dispute with Ebay UK to get them involved to resolve the situation.
Looking for someone with lots of Ebay UK experience to simply press the right buttons to open this dispute for me. No other work is required after opening the dispute to complete the task. I just cannot work out how to do it myself!
