Asset brokerage agreement

I need a contract that covers introducing investors to asset managers (real estate) for a percentage of the investment amount. It should also cover the future transactions made by the investor. I also need a contract that covers introducing assets to investors and future transactions. The governing law is UK. Further details will be provided once a supplier is chosen.
