Description of support work: I have an app that I need recreating as I cant find the original installation files. See pictures attached. I need to add a 'clear' button which clears the input boxes. It is a rime calculating app I need it to be exactly like it is in the picture with the addition of the clear button. Need it done asap. Any questions please ask.
