Amazon Expert

Description of support work: We started selling on Amazon UK, Amazon France and Amazon Germany back in 2005 with relatively success. Then a couple years ago, Amazon introduced European Market Place (selling to all 5 EU markets with one account), all of sudden each old account we had became 5 accounts. We had 3 accounts (UK, France & Germany) now became 15 accounts. Even the 3 old accounts have become separate on their own so we ended up with 18 accounts. It's been a nightmare just sorting out which is which. We do need someone with extensive experience to help us sort out the problems. On top of that, help with optimising and ranking. We used to be on top of UK Amazon and UK France but now have slipped almost to the end after the new features. I would like someone who have had the experience of managing Amazon in the past and current so as to put things in perspective. Most of the experts I spoke to are only familiar with the new features and do not have experience of dealing with Amazon prior to the European Market Place so was unable to help.
