Advice and drafting letters

We recently had to make an office employee redundant after a little over 2 years of service

We have a disagreement over holiday pay , redundancy and overpayments of salary.

We would like your advice and to draft correspondence to hopefully reach a conclusion before matters go to a Tribunal

Can you advice how much you would charge - it should take about 1 hr to read the documents
