Adult and Teen EFL Course Developer Needed

We are looking for a reliable, open-minded, creative person to take on a fast-paced EFL course development project.

The project consists of the development of the content of 246 lessons. Each lesson will be written on a separate PowerPoint to demonstrate the structure, however, no design is needed as this will be done by a designer.

The course is for one-to-one lessons with intermediate to advanced students and is speaking-based. The course is split into three levels: B1, B2 and C1 and each level is split into 40 topics with each topic consisting of two 25-minute lessons and each level containing two assessments. These topics and an idea of which vocabulary and grammar points could be included have been compiled for you (see attached), however, these are just a rough guideline and are adaptable and adjustable as the needs of the course will become more apparent as the course is developed.

Each lesson will contain an average of 9 to 11 slides:
* Intro slide with level, topic and lesson number
* Reflection slide for all lessons except for the first of each level (the same for every lesson)
* Mind map with a central question to pre-assess the student's current understanding of the topic
* Introduction to vocabulary - approximately 8 to 12 words per lesson (can be more than one slide if needed)
* Vocabulary activity to practise application (can be more than one slide if needed)
* Grammar introduction with rules and examples (can be more than one slide if needed)
* Grammar activity to practise application (can be more than one slide if needed)
* Real-life application slide - image with a prompt for discussion that incorporates the vocabulary and grammar learnt
* Reflection slide -what have they learnt (the same for every lesson)

Please bear in mind that the attachment only includes two levels and is a rough guideline. Also, each topic should be divided into two lessons.

This project could also be extended to develop the beginner and elementary levels once B1-C1 have been completed.
