Accountant for UK business to help with Shares & Tax Questions

We are looking for a person in the UK or experienced in UK laws, in regards to handling shares in the company. The business already has shareholders and is preparing to add another person and needs more clarity on the documentation required. Additionally, we would like to find a person that could help with some questions about taxes and changes after Brexit for e-commerce business and help with accounts once a year.
