Access database with front end capable of simple metrics and attachments

Essentially:

We book venues on a regular basis. The main fields would be:

Name of venue
Address
Town
Postcode
Point of contact (x2)
Tel (x2)
Email
Rating (1-5 drop down)
Price per hr
Ease of access (drop down: good - mid - difficult)
Notes

Need to search by Town, then filter by rating, price and ease of access)

Perfect world we would also like to know...

How many times it's been booked
When
Who by
Total hrs per month/year
Total bookings per month/year
Cost of bookings with that venue
Attachments to individual venues

Also we'd like our logo on it ;-)
