Description of support work: We need a representative (a contact person) in Russia to provide his/her name and address to act on behalf of us to hold a technical document for our system sold to a Russian company. There is no further action required unless there is an accident with our system. The chance of an accident pertaining to our system is almost zero. There has never been an a case of an incident regarding our system.
Even in the unlikely case of an accident, the representative would only need to submit the holding file to the government entity.
