A process adocument and a loose policy doc around remote work

I am putting together a program to help businesses to manage and support staff to work form home in the long term in ireland. The info supplied must relate to irish legislation.

We are an IT company that at the moment are supporting staff twith the technicial aspects of work from home. The idea is to create a package for employers.

I need a processes and procedures document that business owner can use to show staff What is expected of them and what they can and can't do.

Heading will need to cover.
Bring your own device. Use business computer or use their own what is alowed.

Security -GDPR, safe storage of their device/equipment
Ergonimics - Keyboards etc we will supply desks chairs etc also....
Remote logins different ways and types
How to manage staff remotely KPI's, weekly/daily meetings
mental health for staff while lone working, online lunch programmes eg midnfulness
intergrating into company structure
Training
breaks, log in and log out times, disconnect from work, Time management, being your own office manager
