A flowchart template

I need a flowchart template. I've attached a (very badly) drawn sketch of how I need it set out.

I'll be writing text in the boxes and I wast to avoid the boxes growing so large that they overlap other boxes. I'll be using the same chart many times, but each with different text.

If you could tell me in the bid which format you would be using.

I need this to be done by mid day tomorrow (UK time).
