Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: Less Than 4 Days
This is the second launch of the same job this week
Previous Job was closed due to applicants inexperience with Excel
Please do not apply if you dont understand excel
Please check JPG file attached [full-jobsheet-08-02.jpg]
1 -#5-#6 are included in this task, and require skills with complex excel formulas
If this is beyond your spreadsheet expertise, do not apply
Job Description (1 - 5+6)
(1) Adjustment to XLSX file, remove comments, if the comments are part of the formatting then hide comments and comment markers
Specifically:
(2) Remove Light Brown Highligher (see file remove_light_brown_highlights.jpg)
(3) Remove Red Corners at top of cells (see file remove_red_corner_indicators.jpg)
(4) Check on vertical column = NO# on Excel Sheet that all numbers are consecutive (1 - 9999) because I see some numbers repeated (example number 777 is repeated with another category, it should be 777, 778) and then ordered alphabetically. All NO# column should have their own number (no missing numbers or repeat numbers) JPG example see: no_vertical_column.jpg
Save XLSX after correction and send for review
#5 & #6 are a separate job from the first
(5)
Use above XLSX, make a second copy. Use the Excel search command to check the whole document for repeated frequency numbers. All medical names with 10 numbers that are repeated also with other names, place these duplicate (10) numbers at the top of the XLSX document for our review. (remember this is a copy of the finished XLSX document. See JPG example below to understand.
The second finalized spreadsheet will be given to researchers later to find if the person compiling the original document made clones of the 10 frequencies in other parts of the spreadsheet
Some repeats are meant to be there and are correct, however the same 10 frequencies are found in other places of the spreadsheet which are not correct. Many of these repeats have been found and corrected manually, however the best solution for the Excel Expert is to create a formula that pools all repeated frequencies onto a separate XLSX spreadsheet
To be clear: We are not asking for the Excel expert to manually go through the document and make a document as you see in example number #6
Rather. by formula, request Excel to search all document for ANY instance of a repeated 10 frequencies
Example
Excel Formula:
First item:
Adenoma 0.04, 5.81, 22.50, 52.50, 224.37, 434.00, 527.00, 667.00, 721.00, 987.23
(1) (search whole document for instance of the above exact combination of 10 numbers)
(2) Compile ANY instance of 0.04,5.81,22.50,52.50,224.37,434.00,527.00,667.00,721.00,987.23 onto an excel sheet
(3) Ordering is not necessary providing all 10 of the same frequencies are grouped together like below
Adenoma, Basal Cell 0.04 5.81 22.50 52.50 92.50 434.00 527.00 667.00 721.00 987.23
Adenoma, Microcystic 0.04 5.81 22.50 52.50 92.50 432.50 527.00 667.00 721.00 987.23
Adenoma, Monomorphic 0.04 5.81 22.50 52.50 92.50 436.00 527.00 667.00 721.00 987.23
Adenoma, Papillary 0.04 5.81 22.50 52.50 92.50 434.00 527.00 667.00 721.00 987.23
XYZ disease 0.04 5.81 22.50 52.50 92.50 434.00 527.00 667.00 721.00 987.23
Perhaps somewhere in the document is an instance of [0.04 5.81 22.50 52.50 92.50 434.00 527.00 667.00 721.00 987.23] in the above example XYZ Disease
List this duplicate x10 frequency set under all other instances of this same x10 set
Alphabetical order does not apply here.
All above JPG examples have been compiled onto 1 JPG file for ease of understanding
