Write a script to categorise a set of transcripts into four columns in excel

I have a set of text-based transcripts (circa 600 rows each) x 22 tabs in excel.

For each tab, I need you to write a script so they can be set-up in the four columns . For example template and transcript see attached.

I then need this sheet to be uploaded to a free text analytics tool for me to be able to start analysing the data.

E.g. rapid miner or JMP. Or if you have any other suggestions of what tool would work best for this type of analysis.

Please tell me what you would recommend in this proposal. I believe this to be a small, automated piece of work of no more than a few hours.
