Word report Template - Condition Survey

I require a one off production of a Word template for a condition survey report. This will include details of the client and property as the main heading (with our company logo, date etc.)

The report template will then be in column format, open ended so that content can be added over infinite No. of pages.

The template may be landscape and will include columns such as 'Room No', 'Room Name', 'Description of existing' and finally 'condition/ comments'

I will supply our company logo along with a sketch of the format i'd like prior to awarding this work.

It's only a simple job and hence the fee will be similar to the typical 'Hourlies' advertised on PPH. Any queries please ask.
