Word/Excel template for inventory report

I am looking to have a word or Excel template made that will update my old version that I have been using for the past 6 years or so.

I have made up a very crude version of the sort of thing I am looking for along with a brief that outline the requirements for the template. At first look it seems to be quite complex but I am no expert and so it may not be.

Please have a look at the attached files which will help give you a better understanding of what I am looking for.
