Word document to pdf version

I am looking for someone to turn a word document into a .pdf file.

The .pdf must have working input boxes and dropdown boxes.

Very simple task for someone who knows what they are doing all design work and text has been completed.

Word document only has 2 pages but i have more word documents which need converting at a later stage.


Looking only to pay someone for one hours work as very easy task.
