Word document amendment

Tidy up and make professional a word document - a have a template of another document that I want to transfer into my own. But need something done today if you have capacity ?

Attached is what I have as 'template' which I want to tidy up to a similar theme to the other document which is a fire risk assessment

The template is a document for a health and safety audit and the 2nd document has instructions on it
