Wedding photos

I have three wedding photographs of my daughters that are colour I want them to be scanned and put on a disc but I want them to be black and white but my daughters bouquet and the buttonholes on the men to remain red. I appreciate this is a very small job and probably too small for you to carry out but I am not computer minded and have no idea how else to get this done to allow me to have canvas prints made.
