Website search and subsequent data entry

Irish addresses now have 'Eircodes'. These are similar to, but different from, postcodes.

This task requires the successful freelancer searching for c.2,700 nurseries/schools/colleges on an Eircode website (https://finder.eircode.ie/#/) then entering the Eircode into a supplied spreadsheet. The brief is attached, as is the spreadsheet to be updated.

This is not simply a look-up task, as the institution names may appear in English or Irish/Gaelic. You may need to use additional search criteria such as address fields (also provided in the spreadsheet) and the institution's website.

The website (https://finder.eircode.ie/#/) has a limit of 15 searches per day so rotating IP addresses is preferable/required.
