Website data entry / image & text entry into a website cms includes images title and description included per product

This is for someone to do data entry into a website content management system - cms it would be easy to use and would include uploading 1000 -2000 photos which would be supplied. The product will contain several check boxes or dropdowns to select from also the title and description text. Each product including all options mentioned will take from calculation 4-5 mins each there would be actually 1000 products to enter data for so at the most should take 84 hours. Person needs to be trustworthy and if errors are made they would need correcting. Many thanks
