Website Community Adminstrator

I require a website administrator who can build a community through the use of my websites and developers.

I have 3 websites:
1. National Sports Website
2. National Squash Website
3. Local Squash Website

Each community site has its own ecommerce engine running in the background. They have Blogs, Forums and are built upon a CMS System.

I require someone who can draw the customers to the sites and in turn provide enough fresh, varied and real-time content to build and maintain a community on each one.

This is the start of a bigger project so could be very fruitful for someone to join in at this early stage.

This overview is just from the top of my head. Further details can be discussed upon bidding.

I am not sure how to price this so please bare with me if you don't agree with the priceing structure and it can be negotiated.
