Website Administration and Development

First, I have site that I am moving from one host to another and I have content and "a t-shirt program" that I need to add. I am looking for a trust worthy Administrator that manage/maximize my site, make creativity suggestions on how to make it better, advise on DR, SEO and security and be available for updates on a on-call basis. I plan to have constant updates. I like the site for the moment but I really wanted some original looks. The old developer, when I was asking for a site like....took that site and made it mine to some extent so I want to make changes and I need someone ASAP.
