Web Scraping to Excel Speadsheet

So the task would be go to each sport-type page listed on the left side of http://tweeting-athletes.com/ (like "NBA'. http://tweeting-athletes.com/index.cfm?CatID=3&People=1
The final output should be separate spreadsheets, one for each sport-type.).

Then scrape on each sport-type page each player profile page linked for the following fields:

1) Name e.g. "Alex Len"
2) Twitter e.g. alexlen
3) Categories (some like above have multiple e.g. "2013 NBA Draft Picks & Rookies" - "Phoenix Suns" some just 1)
4) Description (e.g. "Center").
