We need an Excel sheet which allows us to input our sales and expense stats

We would like to record our daily and weekly stats in the form of an Excel sheet, which we can manually update.

We should be able to input our sales figures on a daily basis. We should be able to add this on a per client basis, but also see the total sales figure of all clients as one (both daily and 7-day weekly). We should be able to add new clients as and when they come.

We would like this on a 7-day weekly format for the year, so as follows:

Week 1: Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
Week 2: Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
Week 3: Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
Week 4: Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
And so on until..
Week 52: Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun

We would like the same Excel sheet(s) to incorporate our direct expenses, such as: Fuel and Labour, and a third category as Miscellaneous. We should be able to input these in the same way as for Sales - on a daily/weekly basis.

The final section of this stats Excel sheet should give us the opportunity to see the information in UK Fiscal Quarters in the form of profit/loss.

We would like any proposal to include unlimited revisions until we are satisfied with the final template.
