Visual Merchandiser / Retail Consultant

We are looking for someone who can help us assess our stores stock by product group/department and relay the store by the amount of space allocated by sales of each product group. We are also looking at creating a new self service footwear wall and would like opinions/designs on the best possible way to go about this. Ideally after this we would are looking at having them return to merchandise the floor every two months.
