Duties and Responsibilities
Duties are varied and include but are not restricted to:
TENANTS
• Create, update and maintain property or room lets on various property portals
• Liaise between landlord and potential tenant regarding check in and check out
COMMUNICATION
• Communicate verbally and in writing with tenants, trades people and agents on behalf of client
• Become the main point of contact and gatekeeper for client
• Maintain a CRM database of trusted tradesmen, estate agents, solicitors
PROPERTY BUSINESS
• Regular 1:1 communications with clients to ensure they are fully supported
• Follow and enhance the landlords business systems to ensure an efficient service
• Conduct research to find products and/or services
• Update landlord property management software as and when required
• Keep a log of annual safety checks, reminding the landlord at the appropriate time to renew
• Maintain and efficient storage of all paperwork in cloud storage
MARKETING
• Update and maintain website with new room or property listings and blogs
• Writing key word articles to be used as blog posts on clients website
• Create, update and/or amend email newsletter using an array of online programs
• Create, update and maintain various social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin etc
Skills and Specifications
We are looking for candidates with administration skills. The ideal candidate will be:
• Able to available to work 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday GMT
• Professional, friendly with high levels of integrity.
• Communicate well both verbally and in writing at all levels with attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and problem-solving skills.
• Able to be enterprising, proactive and use own initiative as well as being able to work in a team.
• Enjoyment of working for a portfolio of different characters is essential
• Training will be provided
• Knowledge of how to use CRM programs, project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, Wunderlist), cloud storage (Google drive, Dropbox), Social media, Wordpress, online newsletters (MailChimp, Aweber)
Equipment Needed
• Self paid and maintained landline/mobile phone/VOIP system
• Skype and headset or handset
• A PC or Mac
• Microsoft office, CRM systems
• An internet connection
• A printer and paper
