Virtual Assistant with web skills

Hello! Thanks for looking at my job posting :)

Background:
I run a freelance web design and development business and as this has grown over the last couple of years, I am looking for some support. I mainly work on Magento, Wordpress and bespoke projects. I have major projects on the go, as well as maintenance, ad hoc changes and fixes. There are multiple clients to manage as well as other team members (developers and designers).

What I'd like you to do:
I need someone that has organisational super powers, someone that is happy talking to clients as well as directing team members with tasks.

I need someone to schedule tasks (I use www.asana.com and wunderlist but am flexible), carry out any tasks they can do, instruct team members on tasks they should carry out, respond to clients as well as eventually prospecting for new work.

You must have experience working with websites and be computer literate. Any experience with Magento and/or Wordpress would be a major plus, but don't let that put you off, organisational skills are more important, the other stuff can be learnt as we go.

You must be ambitious and keen to learn.

I'm looking for this person to start on 5-10 hours per week on a freelance basis with a view to becoming a partner that will boost this business to the next level.
