Virtual Assistant in Brazil

i am searching for Brazilian guy, what I want is to be our virtual assistant in Brazil. he will create an account in the Brazilian online games site. so, he will manage the technical things and contact the sites if there is any problem happened. he will work from his home because all the work will be online. otherwise, we will take over other stuff like customer services, sales management, etc.. about the money we will pay 10$ per month.
