Virtual Assistant Associate for Holiday Cover

I am a virtual assistant based in the UK looking for an associate to support my existing clients whilst I am on holiday between 11th and 18th September 2023.

Initially, this project is 5 hours across the week for 1 client. You will be supporting with the following:

1. Processing Orders
2. Invoicing in Xero
3. Answering any incoming calls (max of 2 calls a week on average and you just take a message)
4. Check emails
5. Update sales spreadsheet
6. Check Instagram daily for messages
7. Send Instagram messages daily to potential new leads

Please note, the call handling is between 09:00 am to 5:00 pm and on average there is only 1-2 calls a week and they are mainly sales calls. We have a call handling SOP too. Calls will be answered via the YAY app.

Please note I am only interested in responses from people based in the UK.

I will pay up to £18 per hour work associate work.
