Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by profession and now a full time freelancer specializing in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Data Entry and other Administrative Support.

Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I'm looking for a virtual assistant who can help me in various aspects of my business.
Initially, I don't expect there to be more than 5 hours a month but this might increase in the coming months.
Some of the tasks I might need help with are;
- Quickbooks (transaction matching, uploading invoices, etc)
- Helping prep the documents for the accountant (uploading/labeling of invoices, bank statements, etc)
- Asana, workflow management - help set up workflows and update leads, etc
- Phoning suppliers, local companies, etc
- Research
- Social Media (research, creating of posts potentially, uploading/scheduling)
- Copywriting for social media posts and emails
- Potential Client Outreach
There might also be some personal pa tasks such as;
- Research
- Appointment booking
You should have good experience as an EA/Admin assistant with excellent English skills.
German would be a bonus as well, but it's not a must.
I'm happy to help train you on some of the tasks, but I'm mostly looking for a self-starter who takes pride in their work.
Someone who double-checks their work and tries to think outside the box.
