Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
My company is a small company with some large projects on the Horizon; the development of 99 units in France and a Hotel development in Finland. The UK opporation manages the sales and progression of mortgages on behalf of teh international comapanies. My former pa of 8 years is moving on for personal reasons. The main RR are:
Administration
General administration and PA duties including: audio typing, filing, book keeping, scanning, updating and maintaining contacts, and updating and maintaining company databases and folders. Booking meetings and appointments and organising travel arrangements.
Introducer and Customer Relations
Answering and fielding calls. Liaising with Introducers and customers. Often being the first point of contact, passing on messages and assisting with enquiries wherever possible. Liaising with solicitors and property developers.
Event Organising
Booking exhibition stands for various events and shows throughout the year. Responsible for the whole organisation of the event from promotional materials to the stand set up. Attendance at events often required.
Preparing Promotional Documents
Put together the initial information for new property developments including key feature documents and brochures. Liaising with the design company and the Managing Director to produce a quality final copy.
Various other duties and responsibilities will be involved with this role. The applicant needs to be flexible in their approach to work and be prepared to take on new challenges as and when they arise. The company is beginning to take on more projects and as a result this role offers great opportunity for career progression. Some travel in the UK and overseas may be required.
