Virtual Assistant

Hello,

We have a growing Group of businesses. and am in need of an administrative VA. The maximum I can afford is £9 an hour.

Our mottos is "Where Game Changers Hang Out".

You will be mainly responsible for the following:

- handle audion dictatations
- be able to read information from a pic and translate that information into a workable document
- handle a variety of administrative tasks across functions, departments, business units, and stakeholders
- organizing folders and files in a systematic manner
- contribute to debates, discussions, ideas, and innovations across the communication channels we use
- diary management
-platform management
- email management

The initial rate is £9 an hour. This will last throughout the trial period. During the trial period, you will be coaching and developed to understand the businesses.

Your aim will be to integrate successfully into the business for the long term
Pay increases are possible dependant on performance
you will be given a chance to develop personally

The trial period is yet to be established and can be extended based on performance factors. The trial period will lead to a permanent role within the business

- can work towards a goal, navigating the paths necessary to do so

Payment will need to be discussed, in great detail and at that time we can discuss the number of hours a week. I am considering 9-15 hours a week.

Brief Amendment - 10.39 am UK TIME - If you have any experience with WordPress site maintenance and construction, FB, Instagram, and Linked-in Management let me know.

I will be recruiting for someone to support our Digital Strategy in the next few days and there is a possibility of combining those tasks within this project.

That will be priced separately of course.
