Virtual assistance needed finding a couple of tradesmen

I need someone to phone around and find tradespeople who can come and do a couple of bits of work. They have to be close to Wallington, Surrey, Greater London. I'll pay once I have been able to speak directly to the people myself and confirm that they can come and at the very least quote and that they are likely to be able to fulfil my needs.

The people need to have an online presence, ie can be found on CheckATrade or similar and/or have a web site with testimonials.

I need to find a gardener who can come, hopefully sooner than within a month. If they work out then I would like to engage them for regular work. I would like you to find two different people that could potentially do the job. It is a small, uncomplicated garden primarily mowing, weeding required of one back one front garden. Front tiny back fairly small, flat, no plants or bushes just grass. Only interested in someone who could do weekly or fortnightly work. Please ring potential people and run the information by them, if they fit the bill, give me the numbers and once I've confirmed it matches as above job done on that part.

I also need to find someone who can do a one off small fence repair. To give an idea of magnitude it is around one panel and one post at most that would need replacing so small money but hopefully will appeal to someone wanting quick and simple income. As above needs online presence and reviews. Again looking for two numbers that you have spoken to and can pass on to me. If they are able to come and give a quote within a month or less that is fine. I'll give you one number I want excluded as a possibility as they were a no show multiple times.

Just to re-iterate. I need someone (UK based only please so familiar with this type of thing) to look for candidates, actually speak to them to confirm their availability and interest in the work and then give me 2 candidates for gardener 2 for fence repair in Wallington Surrey. Once I've spoken to them that's the gig complete. Taking it forward from there will be on me.
