VBA programming to automate excel file

Description of excel work: I have an excel file that automates payslips - the master file includes a calendar and the days worked and daily rate for 15 employees - i need the information copied over to individual worksheets - i need to calendar to update automatically and the weekends to be shaded automatically. The file then automatically creates a pdf for each worker. The basis of the workbook has been created but has errors and needs an expert VBA eye. I dont expect this to take anymore than an hour - probably less
