We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person to join our team as a virtual assistant to offer administration support. These job tasks are expected to take around 8-10 hours a week to start. The flat rate is based upon a month total (not a week). You will have a flexible schedule and will be provided weekly tasks that can be completed together or spread out. Some tasks will have specific day deadlines, otherwise, the task timing is flexible.
We are looking for someone with:
-Excellent Written & Fluent English Skills
-Highly organized, reliable and efficient
-Is proactive, shows initiative, and is quick to learn
-Is able to multi-task
-Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Docs
-Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor (a plus- but not required)
What you’ll be doing:
-Assistant to the Operations Team performing various tasks.
-Outreach to partners to update information, update and maintain spreadsheets
-Coordination of artist interviews via email
-The creation and publishing of WordPress articles
-Updating Calendars and Tasks in our Productivity Software
