VA/HR to do some recruitment admin for social entrepreneurs

We have posted a job advert and narrowed down candidates. We are looking for someone to call shortlisted candidates to:

1) Email and follow up call shortlisted candidates with a short task to complete in place of an interview: Estimate 1-1.5 hours
2) Put completed tasks in a google drive folder and share with directors. Estimate 1 hour
3) Schedule phone calls with directors for final shortlisted candidates Estimate 1 hour.
4) Email unsuccessful candidates and call successful candidate/s Estimate 1 hour
6) Create a quick welcome letter and send this out along with our processes manual (already created) to successful candidate/s Estimate 1-1.5 hours
