Use Visual Basic script in Excel to Create iMacro files

I have an excel workbook I've created that creates iMacro files based on the contents contained within the workbook rows. Bigger picture is that this workbook is being used to auto create Craigslist real estate postings using iMacros on Firefox. Instead of having to write a new iMacro for every real estate listing I want to be able to enter all of that information into this workbook and have it automatically generate my iMacros for me.
Most of the work is done however I am having the following problems:

1) Figure out why the worksheet can only be saved once and then never again. We need this fixed. This worksheet needs to be able to be used and saved endless times.
2) The workbook should be the main source for which iMacro files are available at a given time. For example if this week I have 10 property listings (rows) in the worksheet those 10 properties should have iMacro files created for them, no more, no less. If next week I update the excel file and remove 2 properties and add 1 new one only the properties included in the new excel sheet should have iMacro files. (i.e. the 2 removed should have their iMacro files deleted, and 1 new iMacro should be added).
3) Add a shortcut to the worksheet for a user to easily specify the folder path that the iim files should be saved to
