URGENT Venue research for a drinks party

Looking for someone with a good telephone manner to call 11 London venues (Already have the list of venues) to enquire about holding a drinks party for max 40 pax

help needed ASAP (completed by the close of play tomorrow (31st Jan))

Only research needed is for the telephone number.

4 questions:
1) Is it possible?
2) How much to hire venue / space - or is it minimum spend?
3) Are they available on the 14th March from 6.30-8.30?
4) We are looking to offer canapés too, is this possible?
