URGENT - TIDYING UP OF A WORD DOC. 27 PAGE TRAINING BOOK -1.5 HO

Need someone to do within 1.5 hours from NOW

I have a training book I am planning to use. Attached 10 of the actual pages here. I will send across the full document to the person selected.

My problem is it is heavy with text. I'd like

1. Page numbers to be put on the 28 page document.
2. A few graphics on some of the pages, not all - as I don't want the book to grow too much. Or just to tidy up some of the charts and grids used.
3. Notes page at back to have LINES put on.
4. Headers all the same LARGE fonts at least 18-20 but body font as shown.

Colours stick to black and white apart from front page as it is being printed and costs more for colour!

Needed within 1.5 hours by 4.30pm LATEST. As I need to send it to be binded.
