URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR SELECTIVE LICENSING

I’m looking for an experienced property or lettings professional to urgently complete selective licence applications for 16 residential properties across various London boroughs. Some deadlines have already passed, so immediate start is essential. The role involves completing new and renewal applications via council portals, creating accounts where needed, and arranging any expired safety certificates (Gas, EICR, EPC, and PAT). You should have proven experience with property licensing, a strong lettings or management background, and be confident working across multiple council systems. The goal is to have all applications completed within 5–7 days. Please note the portfolio includes a mix of single lets and HMOs, and depending on the council, some applications may need to be submitted manually.
