Urgent excel spreadsheet database updated

I am putting this out there but I feel it is too late but I'll try! I have an urgent Excel database that needs updating by noon tomorrow (Monday). It is a list of staff who had training or may still require it. However there are 3 other lists with the staff names and from this, the dates of training have to be entered in the master tracker. It's not so much complicated but a little time consuming. My job is to get at least 6 more people entered on the master list as possible in the time left between NOW and 12:00 tomorrow.
