URGENT EMAIL ADDRESS

I need a list of companies as per attached list (called Email Business Directory)

I have started this but the excel spread sheet needs tidying up before you start with the rest - you will see what I mean - I have cut and pasted information into Column A but it needs cutting and pasting into the relevant columns ie address, telephone number, email and website.

I also need these splitting into business types - again as per my excel spreadsheet - ie hairdressers all together - some information needs filling in from my spreadsheet ie some emails/website/telephone numbers are missing.

A very easy job for someone how is use to doing this.

Please let me have your proposal and I will get back to the person with the lowest offer as my budget is very tight.
