URGENT - Data entry and phone based address / contact verification in JAMAICA

We have identified 75 schools in Jamaica to receive an education programme. We need someone urgently to enter address data (from a PDF list of Jamaica schools) for the remaining 61 schools and then to verify the addresses, ask for the Principal / Head Teacher's name, and input this into our pre prepared database.

We can supply:

List of target 61 schools and their parish
Generic Ministry of Education list of all school addresses (PDF) from 2012 (so details will need verifying)
Pre prepared excel database for data entry (you need to input school name, full address, Principal name, phone number)
We don't have the school phone numbers but should be available on web from various sources

Very urgent and ideally the work will be completed by end of working hours Monday or Tuesday morning.
Needs excellent spelling and a guaranteed polite phone call to the school to check the address, school principal name [the data will be used for official letters and our partners will know if the data is incorrect]
