Updating blog posts/data entry

I need data/content copied from a custom field block in WordPress, into the main post.

The task should take less than 1 hour.

Please use the below guide as the design/content template for each post.
1. Remove "coaching" and numbers from the content.
Use the title of the page at the top of the content box, with H1.
2. Other headings - Links and Homework - should be in H2
3. Links should use the content title as the name and the link embedded on the word
